You don't need to do a thing!
Just let us know that you use Xero, so that we can configure the setup to utilise the Xero integration. When your employees start registering and onboarding to the Professional Hospitality Platform, you will have access to connect your Xero account(s) so that you can 'push' their details to Xero from the Management Portal.
